[4023] Is known to have moved to Arkansas by 1860 and was still living there withhis family in 1870. It should be noted that there is some speculation aboutwho his parents are, but through reasonable deductive analysis, it is veryprobable that his parents are as stated with the possible exception that hisfather may have been Arthur, rather than Jeremiah. Hopefully, this will betotally resolved with further research. Even so, his Forrester grandparentsare the unchanged. In 1860 in AR his land value was $3000 and other $1500.
